Refund policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@sonverdano.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You can do this by logging into your account and submitting a return or cancellation request through the Orders section, or by contacting us at support@sonverdano.com

After we receive your withdrawal request, we will provide you with instructions for returning the goods. You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

We will refund all eligible payments received from you for products or services, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. However, for orders involving physical goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back to us, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear that cost. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and, where applicable, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

Please note that we may reduce the refund amount if the returned goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Unclaimed Shipments

Orders that are delivered to parcel lockers or pickup points and are not collected by the customer within the courier’s storage period are not eligible for a refund.

Sonverdano does not issue refunds for orders returned to the courier or destroyed due to the customer’s failure to collect the parcel on time.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Restocking Fee

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item price for returned items. This fee may apply in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Returns due to incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Returns based on personal preference (e.g. dislike of style, fit, or material)
  • Refused deliveries
  • Orders returned due to failure to collect the shipment

The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. For customers within the European Union exercising their 14-day right of withdrawal, restocking fees will only apply if the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or diminished value beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
